Option King AI ("we", "us", "our") provides trading-workflow software (web and mobile app). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

Account details: name, email address, mobile number and login credentials (passwords are stored hashed).
Broker connection data: API keys/tokens you provide for supported brokers (e.g. Upstox, Angel One). These are stored encrypted and used only to run the features you enable.
Usage and trading data: paper/live trade records, settings, P&L and app activity needed to operate the service.
Payment information: payments are processed by third-party payment partners (such as Cashfree, Paytm or UPI apps). We receive only the payment status, order/transaction ID and amount. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
Device data: basic technical data (device type, app version, IP address) for security and diagnostics.

2. How we use information

To provide, secure and improve the service.
To activate your subscription and verify payments.
To send service notices, alerts and support replies (including Telegram/email if you connect them).
To prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to run the product (hosting, payment gateway, broker APIs you connect, messaging) or when required by law.

4. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and encrypted storage for sensitive credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting and dispute purposes. You may request account and data deletion by emailing optionskingai@gmail.com.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email below.
