By creating an account or using Option King AI you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Option King AI is a software platform offering paper trading, strategy/automation tools, risk controls, analytics and broker-connected workflows for Indian equity-derivative and commodity markets. We provide software access only.
2. Not investment advice
We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or broker. Nothing on the platform is investment advice or a guarantee of profit. Trading in options, futures and commodities involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, broker account, orders and compliance with applicable regulations.
2A. Nature of service
Option King AI is a technology/software tool. It does not provide investment advice, stock or derivative tips, recommendations or research reports to any person, does not accept or manage client money, securities or portfolios, and does not execute trades on anyone's behalf outside the user's own broker account and settings. No SEBI registration is required or claimed for a software-only tool of this nature.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, be 18 or older, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Subscription and payment
- Plan: ₹9,999 per 30 days (inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated), or the price shown in the app at checkout. Promotional codes may reduce the price for eligible users.
- A 30-day paper trial is available before paying.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment partners. Access is activated after successful payment verification.
- Autopay (optional): if you choose autopay, you authorise a recurring mandate (UPI Autopay / eNACH / card) so that the subscription fee is debited automatically every 30 days until you cancel. You will be notified before each debit as required by RBI rules. You can cancel the mandate at any time from your payment app/bank or by emailing us; cancellation stops future debits and your current paid period continues until it ends. If you prefer, you can pay one time without autopay.
4A. Referral program
- Each user may share a personal referral code. A new user who applies a valid code before their first paid plan gets the referral first-month price shown in the app. Referral and promo codes cannot be combined.
- The referrer earns a commission (currently ₹1,000) for each successfully verified paid payment made by a referred user, including renewals, while the referred user remains a paying customer. Commission applies to a maximum of the first 5 paying referred users per referrer (this limit may be changed by us for future referrals). Commission is credited to the referrer's in-app wallet.
- Commission is not earned on free trials, admin-granted access, failed, reversed or refunded payments. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the related commission is cancelled, and any amount already paid out for it may be adjusted against future commissions.
- Payouts are made to the UPI ID you provide once your balance reaches the minimum payout amount (currently ₹1,000), usually within 7 business days of your request. You are responsible for providing a correct UPI ID and for any taxes applicable on your earnings; we may deduct tax at source where the law requires.
- Self-referral, fake or duplicate accounts, spam, or misleading promotion are prohibited. We may withhold or cancel commissions and suspend referral access for suspected abuse. We may change or end the referral program at any time; commissions already earned for verified payments remain payable.
5. Broker access
Live features depend on your broker, API permissions, segment availability and broker rules. We are not responsible for broker outages, order rejections, slippage, latency or API changes.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, resell or share the service, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.
6A. Intellectual property and protection of the service
The Option King AI software, mobile app, web dashboard, APIs, strategies, scoring logic, signals, models and content are the proprietary property of the operator. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own trading only. You must not, and must not help anyone else to:
- decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, decode or modify the app (including the APK), web dashboard or any part of the service, or try to derive its source code, strategy rules, scoring logic or model behaviour;
- use bots, scripts, scrapers or other automated means to access, copy or extract data, signals, scores or trades, or send requests faster than normal app use;
- probe, scan or test the service or its APIs for weaknesses, or bypass any access control, rate limit or security measure;
- copy, record, publish, share, resell or redistribute signals, trades or strategy output, or share your account;
- use the service or anything learned from it to build or train a competing product, strategy or model.
We monitor usage of the service and apply rate limits to protect it. If we reasonably believe you have breached this section, we may immediately suspend or terminate your access, and we may take legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fee paid for the current period.
8. Suspension
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose security or legal risk.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of India.
